At Alanda Homes we are proud of our Aftersales Service which we offer to all our clients. Most developers today are not focused on what happens to their client once they have handed over the keys but we at Alanda Homes take a different approach.
Luxury apartments on the Costa del Sol with Luxury Service!
Once your apartment is completed in construction and the builder has handed the property over to us the Developer Alanda Homes, we send in our expert Snagging* Team who work on your behalf inspecting the property. Our Snaggers will look over the entire unit, they will check the quailty of finishing's, materials used and apparatus through out the property. They will then make a list of 'issues' which they will present to the builder and request corrections. Once all corrections have been made our Aftersales Cleaning team will go to the property and clean it from Top to Toe! Leaving it looking like the million Dollar apartment which in fact you have just purchased!
* Snagging - when an independent party enters the property to check for any faults, errors, damage or issues which need to be corrected before the client takes full ownership of the property.
Aftersales Service from Alanda Homes
We have an extensive Aftersales team, which is dedicated to assisting our Alanda Homes clients during the signing for their new luxury apartment on the Costa del Sol. The After sales team will assist with signing for the property, handing over of keys and ensuring each client has a full pack and guide to their apartment.

Property Preparation
Behind the scenes at Alanda Homes we have a super and extensive On Site Support Team, who work exclusively for Alanda Homes in assisting home owners resolve issues such as snagging, painting, carpentry and electrical issues. Rather than making the client wait while we request the builder to send someone in to resolve the problem, we always endeavour to take a look at the situation first, and if we can, we will fix it for you - ourselves!
Property Delivery
Once the property is snagged and almost ready to hand over, we send in the Cleaning Team, who will give your new home an industrial clean, ensuring it is fit for a King and Queen to live in!
