Alanda Homes in Spain Wins Best Spanish Apartment Gold 2007 at the Homes Overseas Magazine Awards!
Its official it's a Hat Trick for Alanda Homes!
Three years, three entries and now a third award!
Homes Overseas magazine has been the UK's leading international property title for over 40 years. In 2004, the inaugural Homes Overseas Awards recognised the very best developments from around the world, thus making a Homes Overseas Awards a recognised seal of approval for buyers seeking investments that offer them peace of mind.
In 2005 Alanda Homes had their first taste of success when they were awarded Silver for their prestigious, yet, still under construction development Alanda Flamingos which was liked to a new 'London loft build' by the judges who visited the site. In 2006 the Alanda team greeted a new panel of judges when they visited Tee5. Those judges were stunned by the quailty, design, style and attention to detail as well as the extensive After Sales service which was offered to clients (a practice normally unheard within the Spanish construction industry), thus awarding Alanda Tee5 Best Spanish Apartment Gold!
Now in 2007 Alanda Homes are pleased to announce that yet again have won the award for Best Spanish Apartment - Gold - for their development Alanda Flamingos which was completed in construction during March 2007.
"We were delighted to be short listed for such a prestigious award, but to actually win it is just wonderful, a nice ending to 2007!," says Desmond O'Connor, MD of the Alanda Group in Spain. "We believe that our developments cross the boundaries of what is the typical design of a second residential home, to be short listed for the third year in a row tells us we must be doing something right in the eyes of the industries experts!"
This good news could not have come at a better time and coincides with the clean up operation taking place in Marbella thanks to the new Mayor Angles Muņoz who is determined to put Marbella back on the map for all the right reasons after two years of damaging corruption revelations.
Alanda Homes remains optimistic about the future, "Quality will always sell, no matter what, and we believe we offer quality products to our clients" says O'Connor. Recently Alanda Homes has received other accolades in the press with quotes from The Sunday Times who refers to Alanda Homes as a 'blue-chip developer, part of the McInerney plc, Ireland's largest home-builder'. While the Telegraph pays reference to Alanda Homes' quality development Tee5, located between San Pedro and Estepona. House Hunters in Sun Magazine, which is the Irish branch of Homes Overseas magazine recently voted Alanda Flamingos as having the 4th best View in the World from its development on the Los Flamingos Golf Resort where they name Alanda Flamingos as "Undoubtedly one of the Costa's most tasteful schemes - contemporary designs merge indoor and outdoor living spaces".
