Launch of Alanda Estates
Alanda Estates, is the newest division of Alanda Homes on the Costa del Sol.
Located within the popular and long established Alanda Club Marbella resort, Elviria. Alanda Estates opened its doors for business just before Christmas 2007 and has also recently become a member of the Inmo Network.
Alanda Estates is yet another division of the already highly successful Irish owned company Mc Inerney Holdings PLC who have being operating on the Costa del Sol for more than 20 years. The key business idea behind Alanda Estates is to service clients who are located within the Hotel and immediate area of Elviria, where property sales are still in demand. Using a combination of Inmo Network properties, individual listings and properties listed from our two developments Carib Playa and the Alanda Club Marbella, Alanda Estates has a wide range of product to suit any client who walks through the door.
Alanda Estates was delighted to hold its inauguration party on the 21st of February at the Alanda Club Marbella where more than 120 guests were invited, including representation from the Townhall, local real estate agents and developers as well as other business colleagues who work with Alanda Estates. Desmond O'Connor, Managing Director of the Alanda Group took the opportunity to thank all those who attended and while officially opening the new office he made a short speech discussing the current property market on the Costa del Sol, reassuring those who were present that the Alanda Group was positive about its future in Spain.
