Step 3 - Once the valuation has been completed, and you qualify for the programme then we will organise your personalised and private trip to Spain to see our projects and choose your new dream Spanish home. This trip will include 2 night's accommodation and a 3 day stay.
Step 4 - Once you have chosen your property we will sit down with you and determine a reasonable time frame for your move to Spain!

Founded in 1909, by Thomas McInerney; then a small house building operation has grown to become one of Ireland's leading construction company with projects based in the UK and Spain.
McInerney expanded into the UK market in the '50s, ostensibly working in the South of England. It pioneered the timber framing housing technique and developed joint venture housing concepts with housing associations in the UK.
In 1971 the company went public. At the time it was the largest public flotation in Ireland; 11 times over subscribed.
By 2007 McInerney Homes UK has over 50 developments currently under construction and is growing daily.
McInerney's in Spain -
McInerney ventured into the Iberian Peninsula over 20 years ago, and began by creating the Four Seasons Vilamoura, in 1987 the Alanda Club Marbella was opened in Marbella and saw a surge of holidaymakers who enjoyed the location so much they wished to buy a holiday home of their own there. This was a natural progression for the Irish home constructor who's first freehold project was the very popular Caribb Playa, front line beach development near the Alanda Club Marbella hotel.
Alanda Homes then moved to a prestigious golf location just outside Marbella, where they felt that by combining a holiday home with a popular pastime, such as golf they would appeal to wide variety of clients by not only producing a wonderful second residence, but also a home with added value which forms part of a lifestyle package. Four Seasons Flamingos was created, consisting 96 high-end, luxury units built with care and quality in mind. These units were designed to reflect the Moorish architecture which is so prominent in the area of Marbella, the views from the development are out over the Los Flamingos Golf Resort and down to the Mediterranean and across to Africa. This project is now completed and only resale's are available.
Continuing with the Los Flamingos Golf Resort, Alanda Homes purchased a second piece of land over looking the fifth Tee. Here 55 luxury apartments were planned, the architecture was completely different to anything else ever designed by Alanda Homes. This small and exclusive boutique development has become one of the most sought after locations within the resort, due to its location and views out over the golf course and down to the stunning Villa Padierna hotel. This development completed in there October 2005 and there are only 4 units remaining for sale.
Alanda Flamingos is the latest project on the Los Flamingos golf resort. 54 luxury apartments, spacious and well designed in a contemporary style with the onus on indoor, outdoor living. High ceilings, unpolished marble floors and open American style kitchens with teak breakfast bars connecting the living areas. Under floor heating in the bathrooms, hot and cold air conditioning though out the house, superbly built development.
