Alanda Estates was delighted to hold its inauguration party on the 21st of February at the Alanda Club Marbella where more than 120 guests were invited, including representation from the Townhall, local real estate agents and developers on the Costa del Sol as well as other business colleagues who work with Alanda Estates. Desmond O'Connor, Managing Director of the Alanda Group took the opportunity to thank all those who attended and while officially opening the new office he made a short speech discussing the current property market on the Costa del Sol, reassuring those who were present that the Alanda Group was positive about its future in Spain.
