As Alanda Homes look forward to announcing further top-of-the-range developments to complement their existing portfolio, the Alanda Group was pleased to open a state-of-the-art sales centre, at Alanda Club, Marbella with an upbeat cocktail party on Wednesday 26th July. Taking their sales operations to new heights, two beaming stilt walkers greeted over 100 professionals from the real estate industry, while guests were entertained by trendy summer sounds brought to life by a DJ and electric violin virtuoso. Alanda Homes' legendary hospitality was complemented by Marbella's leading caterer, Goizeko & Dalli.
Guests could browse the bright and breezy office decorated in the chic contemporary style which has come to represent Alanda Homes at the company's show homes in Alanda Flamingos, Alanda Tee 5.
The sleek showroom will serve to centralize sales activity for the prestigious developer, featuring scale models of Alanda projects and the company's new flagship development launching later in 2006 at Finca El Cortesín. One guest was lucky enough to win the prize draw celebrated among those assembled. The generous prize provided by Alanda Homes was a week's holiday for two at the 5-star Interval International Resort in Orlando, Florida.
