Our Viewing Trips are organised by the Sales Department and are offered to clients who show genuine interest in purchasing a home on the Costa del Sol from Alanda Homes.

The Alanda Homes viewing trips are for three days and two nights, this will include flights, airport collection and accommodation at one of our recommended hotels.

Prices start from 149€ per person, based on a couple sharing, subject to flight availability, travel dates and country of departure. Clients travelling from countries such as Sweden, Denmark, Norway or outside of Europe may find that their viewing trip costs slightly more than the above quoted price. Alanda Homes heavily subsidises Viewing Trips and therefore each client is treated on an individual basis.

The Alanda Homes Viewing Trip will include visits to our own developments as well as visits to recommended developments and resale properties which have being listed with our Real Estate office. Therefore should an Alanda Homes property not suit you, we will endeavour to find that perfect home, as we have access to over 7,000 properties and developments from Malaga to Sotogrande and beyond.

We advise that when possible a Viewing Trip should include at least one working day, this will allow time to visit with legal advisors, banks, or mortgage brokers should the need arise. Also, not all developments are accessible at weekends therefore it is wise to make the most of the trip by incorporating a normal working day into the schedule.

Each Viewing Trip is created on a personal basis of what the client is looking for and therefore you will be contacted by Alanda Homes to ensure that you are in a financial position to purchase a property and that all relevant decision makers are available to attend the viewing trip as well.

Should you find your ideal property while visiting, Spain, then you will be required to place a 6000€ /£4000 deposit to remove this property from the market. This deposit can be made by Credit Card payment.

When on an Alanda Homes Viewing Trip we would like to remind clients that as we are heavily subsidising this trip both financially and personnel wise we will require your full attention, therefore it will not be possible to make time to view properties or developments with other agents during this time, to qualify for a subsidized Viewing trip with Alanda Homes you must have the desire to purchase on the Costa del Sol and be in the financial position to proceed should you find the right property.
